How wagering works
Our bonuses carry a wagering requirement that you complete before you withdraw, unless we tell you otherwise before you claim. You can withdraw winnings only once no wagering is attached to your balance any more. Every deposit also needs a minimum wager of 1x before a withdrawal, and deposits made as part of a promotion follow that promotion's own wagering.
If you would rather play without a bonus, tell us before starting to play and we remove it. Once you have placed a bet, the bonus stays until your balance reaches zero or the wagering is complete.
Caps on bonus and cashback winnings
A bonus of 200% or more claimed with any deposit has a max cashout of 10x the deposit. Bonuses of 200% or more and cashback bonuses of 100% or more count as special bonuses.
All cashback comes with a wagering requirement of 1x and must be played through in full. You can withdraw at most 10x the cashback amount, and this includes cashback given as gifts, comps or free chips. Cashback from a tournament prize, a raffle prize or a special promotion has a maximum withdrawal limit of 2x the cashback with the same 1x wagering. Cashback insurance of 75% or more counts as a special promotion, so cashback from our 100% cashback insurance falls under this 2x cap.
Bonus money is removed at cash out and is never paid out as winnings. Cashback money is non-withdrawable too, and we may take it off a pending withdrawal.
With a pending withdrawal or a balance of over 100, you do not qualify for tournament prizes, raffle cash, ongoing cashback or other special promotions.
Small deposits
Deposits of A$249 or less have a maximum withdrawal of 10x the deposit for that specific play session. After approval we clear anything above that cap, and deposit bonuses used in the same session can be deducted from the pending withdrawal.
Free bonus cashout rules
Free bonuses such as comps, free chips and converted comp points can pay out at most A$50, and any remaining or extra balance is cleared. You can cash out free bonus winnings once in your gaming lifetime unless our casino manager approves otherwise. Free chips carry 20x to 60x wagering unless we specify a different figure.
If you have never deposited, you first make one successful minimum deposit of A$15 before you withdraw a free chip win. If you have deposited before, your last deposit must be within the last 30 days. In both cases that deposit cannot be withdrawn or added to the pending withdrawal, and if it is added we deduct it.
Before your first deposit, winnings from your first three free bonuses in your first 30 days after registration can still be cashed out once the A$15 first deposit rule above is met. After three free bonuses or 30 days from registration, whichever comes first, free bonus funds are not cashable and are deducted.
If you have not added funds for 30 days or more, we treat you as a free bonus player, and you cannot withdraw free bonus winnings or cash we grant.
Keep free-play and real-play balances apart. If you deposit on top of a free chip balance, the balance you had before the deposit still follows the free play rules.

Your own name
Your card, bank account or wallet must carry the same first name and last name as your casino account. A mismatch cancels withdrawal requests and closes the account.
Crypto deposits
A crypto deposit counts once the coins arrive and are confirmed on the blockchain at the wallet address we give you. If it is later voided or reversed, we treat it as fraud and every earlier, current and future withdrawal request is void.
Deposit fees
We take a 3% processing fee on all deposits, and we may charge a fee of 3% to 6.5% for processing credit card deposits.
Withdrawals and refunds
Withdrawal limits
The minimum amount for a withdrawal is A$50. Unless we state otherwise, you can take out up to A$1,500 per withdrawal and A$10,000 per month. Amounts above the monthly threshold are paid in instalments, and progressive jackpots are exempt from that monthly threshold. Anything above A$1,500 stays in your account until the first request is approved, and then you can request the rest.
Timing
Approval can take up to 18 working days from the day your account checks are complete, and our fraud department signs off every pending withdrawal. Crypto withdrawals must follow a crypto deposit.
Fees and changing your mind
We generally do not charge our own fees on withdrawals. Every withdrawal does carry a transfer fee that our payment processor sets by location, and you cover it.
Until a withdrawal is processed, you can reverse the withdrawal in the cashier and keep playing with those credits.
Documents we ask for
To approve a withdrawal we ask for your ID or passport, front and back, and a recent utility bill with your name and address as they appear in your account. If you deposited by card, add a copy of each card, front and back, with all digits covered except the first four and last four, plus a signed CAF, our card authorisation form. If you paid with Neteller or Skrill, the ID and utility bill are enough.
Send the documents within 30 days from your withdrawal request, or the withdrawal is cancelled.
Refunds
We can refund a deposit when certain conditions are met. Ask within 24 hours of the deposit, and make sure your account compliance checks are already approved. A refund is possible for a game malfunction with a screenshot, for credits you could not play with the balance unplayed, or for a wrong charge with a statement. There is a fee involved in processing a refund.
Crypto deposits under A$25 cannot be refunded, because the transaction fees exceed the refund threshold. The amount stays in your balance as credits and follows our rules for deposits.
